Even after I wrote a VERY NEGATIVE review and posted it on this platform and I have also been trying to reach them by calling the local Telkom outlet ( Paarl Mall, to see if they can get hold of their rep to going to the outlet to get some help with my phone. They were unable to assist me. I'm disabled and wheelchair bound, which makes it very difficult to get to the outlet and speak to you, as I desperately need help with my phone, I still haven't received any help from you !! I will not recommend, you to my worst enemy! I've been so happy with your product,, but the lack of service is preventing me from doing it!!
Even after I wrote a negative review on the Hellopieter platform, I have received no response from the company. Most definitely not recommend! Avoid at any cost!
I'm experiencing a problem with my A74 Oppo phone, it doesn't matter in which application I work, extremely annoying emojis pop up, I have tried to get hold of OPPO SA with no avail! I'm very happy with my phone, but their poor service has left a very bitter taste in my mouth, not to be recommend to anyone!

I was contacted by by a person who goes surname Ndaba. This person had the audacity to let me know that my debit order for my home loan was declined! I have been decline on ther system. I have changed it to be deducted from my Capitec account for MANY MONTH'S ago! This person have INCREASED the proof of payment, which I have sent it to her immediately. I have requested an acknowledge this email but I am still waiting! I won't recommend FNB to ANYONE ELSE! Stay away as far AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN! They should change their slogan to FNB to FNB how can we NOT HELP YOU!!
This company will change you a expensive call out fee (+/-R600) even though they are not done any work in your house! Definitely not recommended!
I am disabled and wheelchair bound, today I went to the Paarl Mall KFC, there was a motor bike parked on the designated disability parking and I had to wait in the unbearable heat while the clearly abled driver was plasings an order, luckily for him bike was not branded, I would have made them famous in Paarl and not in a good way!!
Last year following a Facebook link from the company who claimed that they can help with one's finances. The person who was supposed to be assisting me is called Ms L Lubbe who is, she sent me a consent form which I have signed to my GRANDPARENTS DETRIMENT! I am now in a situation which has the potential to either be positive or ruin my life!

I have been working with Mr Vishan Das who is the profile manager for my portfolio, on my application for new home loan. This Gentleman has gone out of his way to get the application approved. Unfortunately this didn't work out for me, but I have a tremendous amount of respect for your work ethics Mr Vishan Das. I hope I have the correct Reference number for the review.
