Subject: Complaint regarding R200 issue at Shoprite at Germiston (747) Dear Shoprite customer care team. I'm writing to report an issue with the recent visit to Shoprite at Germiston.I bought some stuff including airtime for MTN for R50 and i asked for R200 cash back instead the cashier who was serving me punch R200 air time for MTN.The cashier was Ayanda Nobanda but on the slip was written Ayanda Snethemba Zondi.She denied to accept her mistake accusing me that i asked for R200 air time.She took a time to call the manager to solve the issue.I stood next to her more than 30 minutes.Even the manager she called didn't help me. I decided to look for the store manager on my own.I went to the Kios to get help to call the store manager. When the store manager arrived I addressed my complaint and called Ayanda(cashier) who was serving me.She still refused to be wrong. The store manager asked Ayanda to sell the airtime and asked me to come on the following day to collect my R200.I told her that I won't be able, i told that i will come on Monday after knocked off at my work.We agreed on that. I was surprised on Monday,Ayanda was not there and i also get no solution.The store manager asked one of the staff members to take my details including my contact promising to call me on Wednesday whereby Ayanda will be knocked in.I didn't get any call until now.The store manager introduced her name as Rebecca.
