Lousy Service! Buyer be aware ! They mess you about ! Awful service! I ordered a car and was awaiting finance on 50 % of the vehicle. Went to pick it up and when I was given the key I realised that it wasn’t the car I test drove and wanted to buy. Salesman gave me a pack of lies. Spent 4 hours there trying to sort out there mess, I found another vehicle eventually that cost me a lot more but that’s fine. Now over 6 weeks has passed and they won’t release my tax disc spare key and service booklet. I have had to chase everything! Buyer aware!! Not an easy company to deal with at all. Think twice guys!

Awful Service! Buyer Beware
Absolutely shocking service! Top of the range car and the iPhone connection does not work! Entire display crashes making it dangerous to drive ! I’ve been patient with Group 1 but unfortunately they don’t commit to say fault is reserved after being back for 4th time and now they are not providing car back unless I physically go in which is ridiculous as I’m overseas!

Beware - Awful Service ! 6 Months On and still not resolved!!!
