In December 2024 I app**** for the C-connect sim as I was first interested in the service, we went through the process of opening an account with the agent. We had a disagreement on the debit order date as I advised that I do not get paid on the 23rd of every month, the agent told me she cannot change the date I must go and change it at the bank. According to my knowledge its the service providers duty to that to do that by cancelling the first then we go through a new debit check mandate. After that I decided to cancel the service within the stipulated period as per CPA. to cut it short, I was promised that the service has been cancelled and the debit check too. it has been going off my bank account every month up to April 2025 and I am sure it will go off again this month, my bank tried to intervene but advised that I should engage with the service provider, which I did. No refund and no email response to the one I sent with the proof of my bank account where it shows it was deducted. I tried contacting them this morning and unable to go through.
December 2024 I got a call from C Connect and agreed to the product they were selling to me but within 2 days I discovered or learnt of the numerous problems consumers encounter with this business I then took a decision to terminate the contract as I was within my rights to do that in the stipulated time frame. Fortunately I was able to reverse the first debit order and requested them to cancel the service, I was promised this will be done immediately. I requested a cancellation confirmation to be sent to me and that was not done. In January 2025 a debit order went off and when the bank tried to reverse it they could not as C Connect blocked that function (debit check) I then contacted them and I was assured that they will cancel (turnaround time 7 to 14 business days) the service the refund will be processed, up to today no refund and this has not been cancelled meaning that I will have the same problem again this month. This is a very unprofessional conduct, I have been promised that the so called manager will contact me, till today she has not done that either she is a meeting, lunch or isn't in the office all the time, I spoke to her once when she deceived me, led me to believe that my case in good hands. All I want is my refund and they must cancel this service immediately. Ref given today is 89659621 @08:45am
I am very much interested in this business for the following reasons: 1. Prices are affordable 2. You can sell online and instore 3. These are high quality clothes 4. Everyone and everybody can afford to buy from this shop 5. At least give employment to a few people as jobs are very scarce these days. 6. Very convenient store, meets the consumer needs even if there could be size issues there are options in every corner of the store. I am still learning about the business as it would be a long lasting interesting venture. Cost of living is very high and same as the unemployment rate so this business will cater for those who cannot afford new clothes or any other accessories/commodities. No complaints on Hellopeter. I love this business
I wanted some urgent assistance from my service provider regarding a message that pops up when trying to load airtime. Message reads as follows "It seems that the service is temporarily unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, please try again after 15 minutes. Apolgies for any inconvenience." This was from Saturday 20/07/2024, I tried on my brothers phone and the result has been the same. I have tried calling MTN on 135 from phone and you go through all these prompts without getting through to an agent or get any assistance, I tried the whatsapp and there was no luck at all as you get a robot responding...I eventually called MTN at Cresta mall a lady gave me 0831233667 number that I called and unfortunately go no assistance again. Where can I get assistance with this voucher or should I take it where I bought it?
