Two bad experiences in a month. First one, we were given the incorrect package. It was legal urgent document meant for someone else ! Not acceptable. Second incident, medical diabetes medication sent that required urgent refrigeration. Only once I enquired about the package sent via a two day retrieval method, was I told it arrived on the 13th February 2026, and when I enquired out of desperation for the package today, 25 February 2026, twelve days after Postnet Bassonia received the package, was I told it had arrived. 12 days prior and with NO NOTIFICATION TO ME OF ITS ARRIVAL !! Totally unacceptable , the package is spoiled and we cannot use it, who is responsible for the cost incurred as a direct result of the inefficiency of the branch on question.
I have never ever experienced such abysmal levels of service as by M Web. I have spent all day on the phone, live chat, emails and Facebook messages to try and get someone to tell me how I can speak to a human being. None of these channels get you through to anyone .. I am cancelling my service , and going to a whole new provider . Shocking and disgusting service . I don’t even have words as to how these people are still in business . Honestly
They employ bullying and ************ tactics, threatening you with summons and judgments even though you are in constant contact with them. Shocking abysmal disgusting behaviour from attorneys contracted by Standard Bank. Caroline Jacobs in particular should learn the contents of the debt collectors act and not employ these questionable tactics. I will notify Standard Bank of how unprofessional their choice of attorneys as well as the council, banking regulator and ombud / banking practise. Disgusting .
I have a Kia Sedan, less than 26 000km. I’ve had an issue with the sound equipment and Kia The Glen have been unresponsive and dismal in levels of service.. shocking for a car of this age and mileage ..
Most pathetic service provider on the planet. Ordered a second line, 3 weeks. Made the payment of R249.99. And are still waiting for them to phone me to install and fit. They told me 3 days, absolutely pathetic. Their service bot doesn’t work on the app, if you phone, it takes and hour to get through? Absolutely dismal level of service.
I was called by Discovery Bank, and was offered an account and credit card with a small limit. I agreed, and asked them to proceed. Three weeks later, and three consultants later, zero progress, and no communication from any of the consultants. Discovery phone and solicit clients. And when clients agree to move, the provide abysmal levels of service. Disappointed !
Been trying to get life cover for a week: no one comes back to me. That said I would have my policy this morning the latest. And I can’t wait any longer: they put me through to the call centre and I’ve been holding on for over half an hour. Pathetic abysmal service . I am sick of it . I want someone to call me immediately
I have paid two amount to them in settlement of claw backs. I paid as per their settlement amounts but am constantly harassed, intimidated and threatened by the collectors , Shapiro Shakes Devries, because discovery contracted them and will not call them off even though I have paid what I owe them in full. Disgusting and sickening business practise from a company as big as discovery. Shocking. Someone from discover health needs to get back to me to sort their meds out. Sick to death of them
They hand you over to Shapiro Shakes Devries for random amounts. I am a banking, life and medical aid client of theirs but they don’t have the decency to call me direct for amounts outstanding, they just hand you over to these people who call 6 times a day but can’t even tell you what you owe the money on, or how the amount accrued. And the amount changes daily. Total con artists and abysmal disgusting customer service for clients who have been loyal to them for years. Shocking. I will never recommend them and am moving entire company medical aid and pensions away from them. Absolute embarrassment to the medical industry these people. Make me sick.
Pathetic service . I tried for a week to email, call, message on the app, not a single person comes back or reverts despite their electronic assurances to do so. I have never ever come across it has the misfortune of dealing with a company that has such abysmal levels of service: it’s impossible to get anything resolved. I would never ever use them again or recommend them in any way whatsoever!! Ever.
