sim swap nightmare :(
unhappy with the service received from both cell c fourways mall and cell c customer care , i went in yesterday needing assistance with a sim swap my phone was ******, they couldnt assist because i failed security questions , this ivery unfair i have had this number for over 5 years and this is the service i get ? disspointed and angry , i wouldnt recommend cell c to anyone

Credit checks without consent
Extremely unhappy with credit checks that are run without my consent, i didnt apply for a loan why am i getting an sms saying i have been declined? I once had a loan with you about a year aho , please remove me from your records and remove that enquiry i didnt consent to
