I was called by Ibrahim from Santam to resolve my complaint, all i can say is the guy is very good with people and gives you all the attention and listens to you than just saying what he needs to... Am super satisfied because of Ibrahim on my new premium and excess fee.. I guess am still remaining as part of the SANTAM family cos of him... He actually deserves a raise, unfortunately i can only offer him a 5 star cos there's no 10 otherwise he deserves a 10 star
What ever you do, please reconsider your courier services with fastway... As customers we really not happy and it leads back to you.. Its always the case with them. Sobbing stories.
A **** hole of a service it is... Only if it was possible for some online shops to consider our reviews cos this fast way is just utter bull**** that randers only poor service. I have been kept indoors by this courier thing cos since they said they coming from last week Thursday till today am still waiting, wrote an email and they rep**** saying they will come today but still, NOTHING... Cos thats what they good at.. They actually deserve a ZERO rating... i mean we also have places to be, now we have to babysit them like they offering free services... They expensive but service feels CHEAP cos of their attitudes... This is rudeness towards customers. TRY THEM AT OWN RISK... No longer even sure whether our stuff are safe there with them.
Counterfeit products. **** **** perfumes. Poor service, they do not acknowledge their mistakes, received 7 perfumes with leaks and conplained but was never assisted,instead they told me that they can give me R100 discount on my next order. How can i get a discount wgen am NO longer going to buy from them because no sane person will ever do they they know its counterfeit perfumes..
