In July/August i travelled with Taag Airlines this is my sixth time with them i thought that after covid they would be better, travelled Johannesburg/Angola/Madrid/Porto the Iberia flight was ok but Taag flights first the food is terrible, than all the six times the entertainment is not working tv are broken, remotes are ripped, seats have no covering etc, on the flight from Johannesburg Maputo i was not feeling well asked a male attendant to get me a blanket he said he was going to check never came back. My laggage was dispatched from Johannesburg to Porto on the way there it got cracked and on the way Porto/Johannesburg it got broken all sides of the bag, the bag is totally damaged. Its not like they are the cheapest around but they dont have the standards of other airlines. i am staying away from TAAG and Angola airport the staff is so rude.
i bought an item from Takealot asked for a specific size and on 3 occasions they sent me the wrong sizes i asked for Small and got Medium, Large, XXL and so on, i returned the item 3 times and got charged delivery and return fee which is not satisfactory as it is not my fault if they cant send the right item i now gave up told them to give me a credit and got charged for send the item back., i want what i paid for it which is R180 and 3 times delivery and return charges which i paid. i have always been happy with takealot but this time i am really disappointed in their service and will think twice before ordering from them again, they just money making on delivery and return which is not our fault.
On the 19th August 2018 I went into Boksburg Coricraft and saw a couch which a really liked because the cushions were hard and it really looked nice, I proceed to order from Michael at that store and paid for it fully. I fetched the couch from the factory and in about November I noticed that my cushions all of them were really pap and not the same like I saw in the store so I proceed to phone Michael, after a few phone calls and no call back, I than phone Boksburg store manager and told him my story and again promises were made to return calls nothing was done, so now I have been in touch with head office with a lady called Melody and told her my story and she promised she was going to replace all the cushions (10 in total) and she was going to phone me back nothing was done, so today I proceed to phone again and spoke to Tembiso and she proceed to tell me that yes they are replacing my sitting cushions (2) and that is not what I told them to do, if the cushions are not all replaced and like the ones in the store, hard, than I want a refund and take your couch back, I am very disappointed with Coricraft, which is known for their quality and that is not what I got I got a couch that looks like its 10 years old already, Coricraft has far has the service is concerned is terrible they don't let you know what is happening, I even told Melody that she must send an assessor and check the couch which no contact was done. I am terribly disappointed I will not ever buy at Coricraft if this is the service I get from them.
Would like to complain about this gentleman, he comes, you tell him what you want done, he gives you a price, with me it was verbally, the payment he wants straight away and than the job gets poorly done or takes his time and when you complain, he tells you it was not in the price but you told him what you wanted and he quoted you, eventually I got someone else to finish my job for me, which I had to pay extra, never will ask this company to do any building or extensions in my house.
