Unsatisfied Client.
I can't successfully claim for something as small as damage to a mirror. What is the point of household insurance when the items insured won't even be covered. What a waste of finances considering my monthly premium.

Defective Product
I ordered one of the latest MSI laptops, only to find out that the touchpad is defective. Now I have to go through a whole process to receive a resolution. I'm very disappointed.

Disorganised
This company will have you fighting tooth and nail to get your refund back. It's been a month and I'm still receiving outstanding balance emails, yet the disorder lies with them. For weeks you'll speak to different representatives who give you different stories, so much so that my medical aid had to conduct a converance to understand their disorganised communication. They themselves are confused when you repeat what another representative stated. They will drain you from getting your own money back, while they sent the incorrect statement in the first place. On top of that they fail to run all tests that was on my form, only for my Dr to call them to get answers.

Zambezi Heights
Zambezi Heights' electricity and fixed charges cost you an arm and leg. Since the switch from GCT to SmartMatter in July, my utilities bill is off the roof. They insist on saying it's the municipality tariff increases, but in all my years of living an one individual have I been charged this much. The electricity the geyser uses is crazy, considering I've experienced a range of charges with regard to that, the charges for switching on a geyser for an hour to two hours will definitely set one back to the trenches. The is no way geyser usage uses over half of one's bill with it being on for such a restricted period. Excluding the obvious high spending days as each day is unique, the overall charge is too much. On top of this, one will experience days where the water is not clear. There are hints of brown, which is disgusting.
