I'm drafting this complaint on behalf of Plannet42. For the past two months, I've been lodging complaints about the same issue without receiving any assistance from Plannet42, with whom I have a contract. This situation has forced me to rely on public transport, resulting in delays to my work as I commute 30 km from my residence. Plannet42 has treated me poorly, prolonging every aspect of the process. They were supposed to retrieve the vehicle last week Thursday to terminate the active contract, but as of today, that still hasn't happened. I'm struggling to enter into another contract because of my existing agreement with them. Please provide me with full assistance regarding this matter.
I am presently in a vehicle agreement with Plannet42, a rent-to-own company. Unfortunately, the car overheated, and they took it to their workshop without disclosing its name, which they only provided after some insistence. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance over the past month, I haven't received any substantial help from them.
