Called them for a claim, got assisted very quick with the tow and telephonic calls. Its been a month now with no car nor feedback. I frequently have to call them on a update. First they said turnaround is 10-15 days, now all i get it the investigation is being done and will receive feedback in 48hours. 4 days later i call and they say hired an external investigation guy what not 48 hours response should be given. Another 4 days same response. Im without a vehicle and no response. Pmd was recommended by a family member. I called and asked him about his claim and apparently it took 3months. What have i put myself into
Do not and I repeat do not use this bus service. I emphasize Do Not use this bus company.
