Delay delay and no show

Worst airline ever. Booked a flight with Kenya airways to Zanzibar. The flight was changed more than 3 times before departure. They ended up booking us with Ethiopian airline. The return flight the same. Rescheduled the flight with a 8 hour layover. No communication whats so ever. I choose is more expensive option to avoid a layover. Now I have a layover of 8 hours. Don't book Kenya airways

Please pay back my money

I booked flights from Jhb to Durban. The agent helped me over the phone, sent to a link to do payment. After the payment went through I received a message that the booking failed. The tickets where nolonger available. The agent told me the refund will be done in 2 day. A week later I'm still waiting for my refund.

Please refund my money

I went shopping in November 2024 at Boksburg Jansen Park Mr Price home as they had a big special. I swiped my card and there was a system glitch. The lady who was helping me was new and didn't know what to do. She called the supervisor. The supervisor checked and told me the payment didn't go through. I checked my banking app and it showed a deduction. I showed her and she said the funds will reverse back into my account. Till today 4 March 2025 the funds and has not returned. I went to Mr Price home in Bronkonspruit for assistance and was told I need to go to Boksburg. Mr Price please refund my money it's been 4 months now

Holiday ruined 😭

Holiday ruined😭😠 we booked Kenya Airways for a trip to Bangkok and ****et. when checking we were told that flight to Bangkok have been suspended. The said an email was sent but I did receive an email from them. No apology nothing we were just booked into Emirates. We had a local flight to ****et but due to flight changes we arrived late in Bangkok. Now I'm still stuck at the airport. there are no flights available to ****et. all my planning and money down the drain because of Kenya Airways

Policy cancellation refund

I feel so defeated, I have been in talks with liquid capital since January 2021 requesting a refund on the vehicle that was written off. Spoke to Tshundukani who forgot about my claim for 7 months. When I called again this time requesting assistance from the team leader hoping my query would be resolved, the team leader also asked for the same document I sent to Tshundukani. I send the documents and still they are requesting a letter from the finance house absa confirming the vehicle was a write off. The document was sent but they still say it insufficient as it's written total loss and not write off. I called again to explain what the finance house said this time I spoke to Thato who also promised to get the team leader to call me. To date I'm still waiting. Can someone please help me get my money back.

CAN SOMEONE GIVE BE A CORRECT BRANCH CODE

I HAD TO HOLD FOR CLOSE TO 2HOUR 20 MIN JUST TO GET THE BRANCH CODE. THE BRANCH COD I WAS GIVEN IS 170305 WHICH DOES NOT WORK. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME AN ALTERNATIVE BRANCH CODE. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED. BY THE WAY IM STILL HOLDING FOR IT.
