Canceling with Gym company at Bromhof is impossible and frustrating. When you come in the manager never there and admin people don't allow you to cancel your contract which is a month to month they say only the manager can help you . When you get hold of the manager Ricky he tells you to contact the same administrator who told you to contact him . Every time I came to gym to cancel I was not assisted and admin people always gone for lunch just a waste of time and energy. I went to stop the debit order thinking I would be done with them but no they keep on changing the reference number so I would be kept getting debited ! It's a death contract . I even tried to freeze my account before cancellation, sign forms and everything's just to be told I'm not allowed to because of studies. I feel trapped in contract that I can't get out of even if I give notice and have contacted gym company on many occasions and never been assisted or had a call back
I have bought online items on the 11 April 2025. The next day I was told 1 of the items are not available anymore I will be refunded i was okay with it because came back same time. Monday 14 April I received a sms that my package will be out for delivery 3-7 days. Today 16 April I went to check if my items are delivered at my nearest store by me , just for me to find out that another item which I was looking forward to have said to be unavailable after so many days and I will be refunded and the other items are still being processed. and sourced.. So I will not be getting my items anytime soon and my items are starting to disappear one by one and I'm getting no joy from this. I usually order online from Truworths and received my items but this round I'm not is it because its sale items??? Please can Truworths look into this matter.
I have canceled my service with them in May 2024 and it was my last payment. Now supersonic wants me to pay for a service for December 2024 and knowing that I have no service with them and statements shows I owe nothing and on their online portal shows I have no services with them yet they demanding money from me
Supersonic customer service is pathetic. I have logged an issue for speed to be dropped on their site that it will takes 3 days for it to change , this was on the 26 of February and now it will only be dropped in May. I have also requested the same month for cancellations due to relocation and it was not allowing on their site and you have to give a month notice of cancellations , I have requested a ticket regarding this too and have sent emails to them . During March I asked for follow ups by the agents on WhatsApp no responses. Nobody got back to me calls or emails . I have tried calling customer care line nobody picks up. Today went online to check the tickets , it showing that they have closed my tickets without any assistance .
