I’m not happy with service I Received after so many years being a good stand client I made a call to your call centre I asked them to reduce my limit from 2500 to 2000 instead they put my credit limit on 500 now I am inconvenienced I can’t they cannot even solve it I want to lay a complain

I have been with car track for more than 6 years with road side assistance included. Only now I needed help they could not assist me at all. I am so disappointed ☹️
There is no comms regarding any network interruption. I am not impressed with this inconvenience I believe you can do better .can you please tell me why my network is not operational. When I search for any outages it says that my area has no interruptions. My operations are affected
I am not happy with old mutual bank branch south gate I cancelled my education policy but the debit order when off I went to the branch to check if there is a problem they assured that all is in order and the policy is inactive but now I received a message that my debit order has increased and will be deducted month end this means I must drive there again 20 kilos wasting petrol to do the same thing again am frustrated
