Our Mom passed on Saturday, 8 October 2022, few days later we submitted the claim through Emerald and we were told its being handled by Lion of Africa the insurer. We have been sent back and forth and the claim hasn't been paid, we were told that there's an indemnity form that my Dad had to sign but when it was sent we were advised that it was incorrect even though it was coming from them. Our Dad is bedridden and they can't expect him to keep going to the police station and having to confirm my Moms death over the phone as the wound is fresh, this is causing his health to deteriorate. I have never seen an incompetent insurers in my life, we buried my Mom without the pay out. I don't know how much pain should we bear 💔
I'm unhappy about RAM East London, I placed an order @ Netflorist on the 24th April 2022 which was due to be delivered the latest, Friday, 29 April 2022 and the parcel was not delivered. I kept calling and sending an email to Netflorist expressing my unhappiness after tracking the parcel and I was told the parcel was dispatched according to the system. To my surprise the parcel never reached me nor communication was made by the courier company. This parcel was a birthday gift for a party that was on Saturday, 30 April 2022 hence I bought from Netflorist with the expectation of receiving the order on Friday. Today, I called RAM and netflorist I as told the parcel will be delivered tomorrow because the driver doesn't deliver in my area today.
Good day, I still have not received my parcel that was sent from UK in April 2021 and no one knows about it. I've been in contact with June PHIRI from JIMC who has been trying to assist to track the parcel with no success. June made a follow up and was advised that the parcel was dispatched to Witspos on the 25th May 2021. I called and asked for June as she was assisting but she was on leave when I called and the ladies who answered the phone @ JIMC told me that the phones were not working @ Wispos I mustn't attempt to call. I ignored her, looked up for a number, called and I was assisted by Lucky CHAUKE who has been very helpful like June but couldnt track my parcel until today. This is a 3rd month without receiving my parcel nor direction as to where it is. I need to someone to explain what happened to my parcel from receiving it from the customs>Netcon (the spelling might be incorrect)>mailing centre>JIMC as Wispos has not received the bag which has many parcels not mine alone. I am unhappy about the bad service offered by SA Post Office and will not recommend anyone to use their services.

I need advise wrt the car I bought in July 2012 at VW Midrand. The car started giving me problems from the on set and I reported the matter which was communicated to VW Midrand and they paid. Few months later the car gave me the problems again and it was reported that the issue was with the pistol and therefore would cost me R60 000, I contact VW Midrand to pay but they refused and told me that initialy they paid and they cannot pay for the similar problem. This all happened in Dec 2012, in January 2013 I forwarded the matter to the Motor Industry Ombudsman and up to now I only had 2 feedback emails from them after calling and sending endless emails. it's been 2 years now and I'm still paying for the car as it is still financed.<br> <br> Your assistance would be appreciated.
