Would not recommend this company to anyone! They are so quick to process any online orders but getting a refund done is a NIGHTMARE! I have purchased items from them online with my company called ezcrafts. And then when the time came to request a refund you have to battle to your last energy with these guys! They gave me a time frame of 7 to 14 working days. We are now going for 3 weeks and I still haven't received my refund! These people are not trust worthy at all! I demand that my money be available in my account today or this matter is going to the ombudsman! I think I have been more than patient now. Their online department is always just giving me stories about being sent to debtors and then sending off to finance and all these other unnecessary stories. This is corporate ****ming to the max! Do not do business with these people!
This company is messed up! They have a lot of recruiters posting all over the Internet looking for recruits to sell their product! On the 11th of June they gave me an agreement with fortnightly payment to market their products. The information checks out as legitimate to the address 12 Herman Street Germiston. I have verified that that is indeed the address and the number they use for referrals is indeed their WhatsApp number. Today is my day to get paid and my recruiter has decided to just go quiet on me! This is my resources and my energy that went into their marketing campaign and I even got them customers, yet they decided to **** me! My agreement was R2550 per fortnight and they even told me to send them an invoice as I do marketing as a sideline job! My recruiter who is associated with this company even refuses to give me his name! This company ****s people for their own benefit! I do not recommend anyone to do business with them! Tomorrow I will go and open up a case of ***** against them for ****ming myself and other people!
After so many struggles with the current banking details. I have been placed on the ***** prevention database with safps for no apparent reason. I have lost all access to all my accounts and now nedbank seems to not care about it! I have submitted affidavits and signatures and ID etc that was requested. Now nothing further happens! In the meantime I cannot access any accounts, my child has no diapers left and there is no food in the house! Am I supposed to go and put myself into debt because of this matter! The consultant who was handling the account was Una jansen van vuuren, who I was told she is on leave. I do not have a problem with her service but I feel like this is not my fault. I have not committed ***** nor have I attempted to. I want this matter sorted out today. I am now going for a whole week trying to sort this matter out. The WORST service ever. I have been logging calls SINCE DECEMBER 2022 about getting back into my account. I have been locked out since then, and this bank has now caused me major loss of business. I have reported the matter to the ombudsman and I am demanding compensation for loss of income and total inconvenience. If you're a high tide user, DO NOT USE DISCOVERY BANK!!
