I shared my experience with old mutual but I can definitely say the service is not pleasant.When it comes to customer satisfaction they are providing the best at all.I only received one call after sharing my bad experience at the Vangate Mall Branch,till today I have not received any feedback regarding my ***** case that I opened no communication nor updates at all all I’m receiving is Old Mutual Money Account Statements.I would like to know the progress of the case as that was the last money that I had and I need it refunded back because it was unauthorised transactions that went off.They really do not understand the fruastration of lost funds they had put me in of not having a secure system to first authenticate before allowing third parties to take money from my bank account
After my last complaint I received a call from one of the branch manager and I was advised to submit the affidavit so that a ***** case can be opened and my issue will be resolved accordingly.I definitely did that and I’m patiently waiting for a positive outcome.Atleast I’m thankful I got a call and an extra mile was taken to make me understand.
I have been a loyal customer for quite sometime but I’m so disappointed in the service I received yesterday when I went into the branch to complain about the unauthorised online purchase transaction by Clarity.com/us that went offf my account with a total amount of R900.The consultant unfortunately couldn’t not sympathise with me at all and just told me that they are unable to reverse the funds and that I should open up a ***** case but I need to go to the police station first.I’ feel that the service provided to me was totally unacceptable as I do not even know the company and she did not even bother to investigate on her side.I’m such an unhappy client right now and I’m thinking of leaving the bank asap.
I app**** in April and I was advised that I will get feedback on the 1st Of June,but nothing was communicated with me until I called the individual that I sent my applications too which was Natasha Sydow in Goodwood.Unfortunately I was advised that I need to wait because of the high volume of applications.Till today I never received any feedback.I sent an email to her this afternoon and she responded advising that the units are full and she wishes me Goodluck on finding my new home I mean what kind service is this?Why did I only get the feedback now when I only sent an email asking what is the issue as I’ve been waiting, and I’m desperately looking for a place to stay.I’m so disappointed and disturbed,I thought this was helping out those who cannot afford high rentals hence it’s called community housing Services but I guess I was wrong.Now when I called in I am advised that in order for me to get a unit I need to get someone that can help me boost my salary bracket so that I can be able to get a 2bedroom unit because I do not qualify.And due to the salary bracket As well I don’t qualify for a less rental.I seriously need intervention
I was dismissed on the 7th march and I was not even compensated notice pay till today,,I submitted my Alex Forbes provident fund claim forms to HR for withdrawal on the 18th of March but till today I haven’t received a cent.I managed to get assistance from Alex forbes and I was advised that there were no forms submitted on their side and my status is still active.How unprofessional is that by such a huge Retail Company that’s known nationwide.I am utterly disappointed in their lies and ********* behaviour. Lewis Head Office is a ****.
I am not satisfied with their customer service at all,it has been a whole month I have been trying to get a simple provident fund statement from them,Whenever I try to contact them the consultants are taking me from pillar to post which is fruastrating.
