Horrible, worst courier, I haven’t received my order yet. It’s been 3 weeks!!!!
This is a horrible courier company. I ordered through Mr Price 3 weeks ago and the company received the package 2 days later, but to date my order still hasn’t been delivered. When I track it it’s stuck on Parcel handed over to courier for delivery. And apparently the driver is has been delayed for 3 weeks because I haven’t received my package that I ordered three weeks ago. I’m extremely frustrated and exhausted. I’m very frustrated, international companies deliver faster than this company. I want my order ASAP!

Horrible, haven’t received order after 3 weeks of ordering.
I placed an order for 3 clothing item 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my order. Everyday since my order was shipped I’ve been contacting Mr Price via WhatsApp and they tell me the same story everyday, that my order will be delivered today and the courier driver was delayed. But nothing is being done. I’m terribly disappointed, I feel like I ordered something internationally but it was local. Honestly I just want my money back. When I send emails I don’t get a response. I don’t know what to do but I’ll never buy from this store again. They don’t even communicate with you if there are delays. How does it take so long just to deliver 3 pieces of clothing??? Mr Price treat your customers correctly and I want a refund ASAP! I need someone to call me and fix this mess from your company!

Bad customer service from Dis-Chem Sasolburg
On the 28th of March 2024 we experienced bad customer service from one of the cashiers, Zandile Maseko, from Dischem Sasolburg. Who made it look like my grandmother was a *****, and made her wait for over 1 hour with the security guards and caused her trauma. She didn’t care to explain what was happening and just assumed the worst that she didn’t pay for the medication she came to buy, even though she had proof in the form of a slip. Zandile showed unprofessionalism and showed no empathy or remorse, including the manger. Because we reported the incident to the manager who said she will investigate the matter and revert back but to this day she hasn’t gotten back to us. I don’t know if it’s because she’s a pensioner and she’s black.
