I received excellent customer service from Home Hyper City. I liaised with them via their WhatsApp number and sent a photo of a fabric I was looking for. They were able to send back a live video of the fabrics in the range I wanted, facilitated online payment and delivered my items to Durban in slightly less than 24 hours. The quality of their fabrics is amazing and well worth the price.
It is now 3 weeks and Takealot are struggling to process a refund to me which they agreed is due because they didn't deliver an item to be but rather delivered a duplicate item which I returned to them.
Two weeks ago I ordered 4 items from takealot. I received 3 items and a duplicate of one of the items instead of 4 unique items. When I returned the duplicate item, I was refunded the value of the duplicate item rather than the missing item. The missing item is actually more expensive than the duplicate. I have sent another email explaining my situation but I was informed that they refunded me for the incorrect item and they are not mentioning anything about the missing item. I have had to send a tract of all the emails sent to them
I ordered a duck feather downer online on the 13th March 2024 and a I selected the option of picking it up from Volpes Greenpoint. After 12 days my order had still not arrived and I called the Greenpoint shop and I was informed it should arrived in 3-4 days. It still did not arrived and no one called me to explain. When I called and emailed Volpes head office I was told it was incorrectly delivered to Volpes George and I will receive it before 12 April 2024. I had not received it by the 12th April and when I called the shop they could not find it and they were meant to get back to me with a response and arrangement for a new delivery date. Today is the 15th April and I still have not received feedback from them.
