If you want good service stay away from this tracker company. I got their device installed in my car and app**** for a panic button also. It took them close to a year to deliver the panic button. My package had a terminal removal response, I removed my battery terminal 5 times different dates to test the service with no response. The only thing that works is their app on the phone. I have sent countless enquiries and complaints to no assistance. When I request a cancelation they want to penalize me for early termination of contract while they are the ones who violated the agreement.
I've been with rain for a while now, all of a sudden having lots of problems with my account not reloaded with data and Minutes. I have unlimited data plan + 2 mobile sims with 2gig & 60min per month, all not working now, but Rain keeps deducting my money with no service. Their escalation takes weeks before they call you back. I'm 2 months now without service all my Connections say I have no data nor minutes I have to recharge but the Rain go app is also giving problems struggling to get recharged always have to request a link to purchase any bundle. When you get through to the consultants they ask me what I think they should do to solve my problem. I want my refund and if rain wants us to cancel all our services they must release a public statement and stop inconveniencing paying and loyal customers. I feel exploited because I got no service a whole month and when they finally called me back after a month they say I must pay first before they assist me, what in the world do you call this kind of service??? I'm totally disappointed!!!
My wife lost her phone yesterday and this phone she bought from MTN. We wanted assistance with blocking the phone and the simcard, they didn't even lift a finger to assist us because we don't have the box of the phone. Their system is only good for debit orders, they do nothing to assist customers during times of trouble, we must all leave this network and port our numbers. If it was vodacom or other networks they would have assisted.
Yesterday 17 April 2024, my wife forgot her phone and purse in a checkers trolley at the parking lot as the mall was closing late around d 17:30. Going back early in the morning we recovered the purse from checkers management but the phone gone. The mall refused to help us view footages to see who stole the phone, they even refused to tell us who returned the purse. They promote theft by their employees and protect only their images they don't care about their customers. Shop at Heidelberg mall at your own risk because your belongings are not safe, you won't even get support from the mall management.
