Worse service provider I have dealt with We would go days on end without internet connection a they will still send you an email the next day requesting for their payment. They do not answer emails unless it’s time for payment. They always have problems with no solution, they sell dreams and even come to your complex to show their dedication and how they are the best just for you to be disappointed as soon as you get connected.
Telkom has to be by far the worse service provide I have ever came across in my life. The consultant at the store and over the phone never what to assist. I have been calling to ask for my phone statement so I can pay it off and close the account since last year. I have been told over the phone to go to the store and when I get to the store I am told to call. I have never received my monthly statement the numerous times I have asked them to send it via email. I want to close off my account with this company for good. Please provide the service you are required to provide for God sakes
If I could, I would rate MTN -star. Mtn has taken my number and given it to someone else who took a 36 month contract. On Monday I noticed that I can no longer buy data so on Tuesday I called mtn and went to the physical store and that’s how I found out my number now belong to some guy (won’t mention names) and it’s now a contract and not a prepaid. Mtn was transferring me from department to department and everyone was telling me that there is nothing they can do and the matter has been escalated. I ticket was logged for me and my case has been handled by three people and funny enough, no one from mtn wants to assist me. One guy from the contract department told me, after I asked to speak to the supervisor that his supervisor said “there’s nothing he can do I must log a ***** case”. Guess what, the ***** department told me that there is nothing they can do because this is not a ***** matter. I went from the ***** department transferred to contract than prepaid, retention, billing, sales and than back and forth with the contract and prepaid department. I sent an email to the complaints mtn department and I told them how what has happened became risky for me. I use these numbers for my internet banking, I get my otps and all on that number and they sent an email back telling me that if something happens to my finances, they will not be liable because it is my job to ensure that it’s safe but they are going around giving my away my number, if a mistake was done, it’s fine I was going to understand but this merry go round that mtn has put me through since Monday is so damn annoying. I am sick and tired of mtn and their lack of service and poor accountability. No one fromMTN has given me a call to explain the matter or atleast put my mind at ease. I have been running around like a headless chicken calling mtn left right and center. All I wanted was an explanation on how this happened, give me back my number and we all move on with like but nooooo Mtn. I asked one consultant from Mtn if they can atleast have the person who deactivated my number and have it to someone else, changed it fromPrepaid to contract to call me and explain what happened. This consultant told me that they can’t do that because people from the upper management will ask a lot of questions and thy also can’t tell me who did what they did. Today as I am writing this, I went to port my number and my request was denied within 1min. Mtn is the worse, worse customer service, poor communication, lack of accountability
