Boy oh boy… it was excellent From the waitress Jaydene to the manager to the sushi chef gave us such a special service , love and kindness Thanks OB plumstead

Bought a balloo 100 ...
Bought a balloo 100 year Pandora charm in November It had a 6 month warranty It broke completely abouta month ago I sent it back The return was declined due to WEAR AND TEAR I have many charm’s that i had purchased long before Balloo On the same bracelet and same arm None of tge others damaged This conclusion is not acceptable I want a refund or a new charm All my calls and emails are not being satisfactorily answered and some no follow up or referrance number received We buy from Takealot often (last week my husband made a purchase) This is no way to treat existing clients and also please dont give a warranty if its not valid

I took my 99 year old grandmothers gold garnet ring to NWJ On 31/01/24 She gifted it to me the previous day for my birthday There was a stone and clasp missing The attendant (shahied) took it and said he would call me within a week with a quotation to repair it for us I got suspicious after a month because noone called me When i got to Somerset mall, I searched and searched for the shop and couldn’t find it I went to information centre and the attendant said NWJ was liquidated He gave me the centre Manager’s email address I emailed her the following day and she provided me with the liquidators contact details (Lailah) Up till today i haven’t heard a sound from NWJ headquarters (kzn) or the liquidators

Professional for the moment we stepped inside The receptionist, Karen was warm and welcoming She even got a dog sitter for us The guy who dressed us was very kind The guys who took us up were very professional (tourist guide like) Jovial and reassuring Overall, i was very scared but Oh what an experience, made possible by the staff I hope they get danger pay 💰
