my water bill was on average around R4000 per month and yet i recently received a bill for over R100,000 for a month - no leaks ( I even had 2 x plumbers to confirm this) I have sent many emails to Silumanzi Nelspruit and messages on the web site but little or no response - just SMS stating I am overdue payment of the massive bill. I can see that there is a problem with the actual accounting as the figures iI am sent on SMS on reading differ from what is on statements No response is very bad and i am very frustrated
very fast delivery and efficient service
After ordering an item last September 2023 it was finally delivered in late March 2024- the wrong item was sent so I had to send it back. Now almost a month later and many emails asking for feedback, I have been advised that they cannot find stock and I would be refunded - still waiting for it!!! I contacted another supplier, bought the same item and it was delivered the next day!!!!
I have bought items from Futurama before and was impressed by the speed, service delivery and quality of the items of every purchase. After dealing with another supplier for 6 months and having the wrong item delivered (then returned) and then being told they have no stock, I contacted Futurama, they responded immediately and confirmed stock availability by email and it was even delivered the next day at the other side of the country. With constant follow ups and fantastic service, I will be using them again and again!!
