Positive experience with lottoland. I see lots of comments about withdrawal issues.i must say my account was verified and withdrawal process was easy.
I had the most surprising experience. I selected the quick option for the German lotto and it went into my cart for payment. When I went to pay the ticket was no longer there and the most surprising thing was that 5 of the numbers were the winning numbers when checked the next day.It seems lottoland deleted this ticket as they knew of the preselected winning num ers.very disappointed with them as I have been a regular player and a client.Please exercise caution with these guys.
Trying to upgrade a cell phone contract for 2 weeks.service consultants ate totally *********** and as well as management. No response to emails poor service and incorrect billing a new trick to con consumers. BE CAREFUL WITH MTN.
Customer service non existent with this institution. No response to queries and no response to unauthorized debits. I am not sure who else will expose the rot impacting on me.Emails response via automated response system. No one wants to take ownership. In my opinion this institution knows their level of conscious incompentce. I hope I receive a response from them regarding my queries regarding unauthorized debits .
Staff poorly trained or simply bad attitude. The store manager needs to be more active..Today was my 2nd experience of disgust.i will never support this store even again.i think they should have a mix of Staff not only black.
This bank is a start up.No ideas of banking and systems are pathetic at the least. Can never get through to query. They debited my account yesterday for powerball which I never purchased for R90.00 .In my opinion this is *****. I regret even giving them a chance to open an account. Please exercise caution when dealing with them.i will close my account which was a trial account before I committed to an investment. Lucky me rhe red flags came early.
The post pathetic service ever received. I have been a client since 1996 and clearly they do not value loyal customers. Went to upgrade and to date no feedback received on my upgrade. Poor staff training and Poor customer service .I have to now move to another service provider .
The most pathetic service ever experienced by any south african bank. They do not reply to emails and its virtually impossible to get them on the phone. Purchased lotto via there app.winnings not credited and no confirmation received. How do you trust this bank with such a basic service required. In my opinion they are not ready to compete with the big banks.
