My claim was handled quickly and efficiently. The consultant made sure to explain everything I was unclear on and they gave me regular progress updates.
The building managers are really so bad at communicating at this place. You'll wake up to some random power outage only to find that the building is having maintenance that they've known about for weeks but didn't bother to inform tenants about. As tenants we're always fending for ourselves and fighting for s****s of information as though there's no one who is supposed to be responsible for keeping us informed about these things.
Every two minutes there's a water outage. Building management doesn't communicate anything or even try to find solutions to the problems. Please make better choices, this place is not a better choice.
The service I've been receiving frim Miway is beyond appalling. I was involved in an accident with a Miway client in June, their client was in the wromg and instructed me to claim via 3rd party liability claims from Miway. It's August now and my car is still not fixed. The only time the consultant gives me feedback is when I reach out to follow up. They've been giving me the run around saying they still need to confirm the details with their client. I have been in constant communication with their client and she said she has given Miway everything they've asked for in terms of confirming the details of the accident. In fact, she hasn't been getting any of the follow up calls they claim to be making with her. This is really unacceptable especially because her car has already been fixed. I don't understand how I'm the one who must struggle to get my car fixed when the Miway client has already acknowledged that she was at fault in the accident and her car was fixed. Today I asked the Miway client to help with following up, and she said the consultant working on my claim asked her to not communicate with me anymore regarding the claim. 1 star is actually generous, if I could give a negative rating I would.
Siba's service was great. He explained everything I needed to know clearly and efficiently and he was very polite throughout the call.
