If it were possible I would rate the 0 they dont deserve my one star. Such poor customer service i wrote to them via WhatsApp about my machine is it says service cancelled i cant use it i tried reset it it requireda internal passwordwhich i dont remembersetting. I sent 5 messages to them since last week Thursday even today I haven't gotten a response. Dont bother with their services they are the worst of them all.
Capitec doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating. I received a message from capitec stating my funeral cover was being cancelled and I will be refunded my money due to factors which I understand. The sent the text on 12 August saying I will be called on the 13 still to today no call. I have called more than 10 tens every-time I call I am assisted by different people saying they will escalate my case and I will receive a text or call in a few days which I haven’t and which time I am being transferred to the insurance department that never even for once pick up my call. This been over a month and I have tried sending out emails to the them, they response by saying they will contact me which they never will. I am so disappointed in their customer service and I am rethinking about my other existing cover if I ever to die or any of my loved ones will I be assisted? Will I get paid out? Cause what’s this. If you are a person reading this in hopes of making a decision in whether to choose capitec for insurance don’t do that to you self. Save your self the stress and money cause these people ain’t reliable. It would be a wast of your time and money.
I was enrolled last year at Oxbridge academy due to financial difficulties I couldn’t pay my tuition fee I only got my one study pack. Okay fine thats cool my account was handed over to the lawyers now I have to pay the whole course fee even though I got one study pack cause I couldn’t pay. The lawyers called and we made a debit order for me to pay my fees. She said after paying three instalment I could resume my studies. Since last week Friday or Saturday I WhatsApp Oxbridge academy to enquire about that information cause I do want to resume my studies I didn’t get a response at first and but moments later I was responded being asked some questions like my student number and so forth which I answered and the conversation ended there yesterday there was no response to my enquiry even today as i speck they texted me asking how could they assist me I told them my enquiry did I get a response no. They have such a horrible customer and support service. Save yourself the trouble and don’t register here. I will pay my outstanding balance and de-register cause I don’t want a bad credit score. If I could give them zero rating I would they don’t deserve even my one star rating.
I placed an order for clicks skincare collection for vitamin c& even tone activities on the 10th of August and it collected my parcel at Moruleng mall yesterday. But I received the wrong products. I got the vitamin c + brightening activities. I called the customer service number yesterday and the lady said I will receive a call from the within 48 hours. I am very disappointed as my skin care products are finished. Now I have to wait again. I am highly disappointed with clicks.
I have nothing good to say about the service that they are offering on the 30th of April I made a payment while I understand that the following day was a public holiday the payment can’t be processed I waited hopping it will reflect on my bank on the second and third day as it states that payment usually take 1-2 days before it reflects on my bank. Guess what today is the 6th of May and still it hasn’t reflected on my bank. I decided to chat with one of them chat support human by the name of Kea and told her what was my concern and she simply said she will escalate the matter further and I should wait for a response within 48hours now I have to wait for 48h on top of the many hours I have waited for my money. I would not recommend this company to anyone poor customers service not to talk about the fees they charge.
