Hi had the awfullest , baddest ,shamefullest experience at clicks I have been searched infront of store publicly humiliated I contacted clicks many times everything fall on deaf ears I have been ignored it all happened in last year but will never set my foot in any clicks I bought benylin that day send in numerous complaints but I was ignored basically told I can get a lawyer coz there team of lawyers are ,I just feel they don't put customers first from the moment I came in to that clicks in wynberg an felt profiled an the saddest part why would I ***** coz I work in that centre where that clicks all people were looking while they searched me I felt Soooo embarassed , humiliated,I felt profiled I send emails back an forth I'm really , really done with clicks I just feel no one of colour should be treated or feel that way in any store it's a bygone era

My sister got me a clicks voucher after giving birth to my daughter, knowing very well that I love shopping from clicks. I then decided to go to clicks wonder park on the 12. 8.2024 to use the voucher my sis gave me, when I got there the agent couldn't assist me and called the manager, the manager came, she was very rude with an undermining attitude. She said what I have it's a tax number and they can't assist and that I need to tell the person who bought me the voucher to call the call centre and ask for the voucher, I asked her if she can't do it now, she refused and said there's nothing she can do. I asked my sis to call the call center which she did the very same day, they told her they will send me the voucher within 2 days time, but even today I'm still waiting for the voucher which we paid for, and I can't use it. I have been using clicks for years for my toiletries, I'm so disappointed in your services and wouldn't recommend anyone to buy vouchers as a gift cards because wow one would be so disappointex

I placed an order for clicks skincare collection for vitamin c& even tone activities on the 10th of August and it collected my parcel at Moruleng mall yesterday. But I received the wrong products. I got the vitamin c + brightening activities. I called the customer service number yesterday and the lady said I will receive a call from the within 48 hours. I am very disappointed as my skin care products are finished. Now I have to wait again. I am highly disappointed with clicks.

What a darling it was to be assisted by Andile G G @ Clicks Canal Walk. Andile was not even the initial pharmacists that was meant to help me. But because of lack of accountability & service from (Luthando), Andile took over like I was at a completely different store altogether. May you stay as amazing as you are Andile and may your bosses see through your impeccable service and follow ups. You're a great asset to your Team & the company. Keep up that amazing service.

I bought on the 1 May 2024, a clicks auto kettle. However this kettle is not working. My local Clicks at Boardwalk mall, Summerstrand always have a problem with it if you return a product. What can I do with this kettle that is not working? And the person who work at the refunds or exchange don't want to help me. He always have a problem. This faulty kettle is really not my mistake. Please advise me where can a I take it to return it. I bought it at Clicks Boardwalk, but with this person who work with returns I can't imagine to take it back. I contact customer support at Clicks they don't want or refuse to help me. See details as given to customer care, I forward an image of the kettle and also the till slip, at the request of Gary Erasmus | Clicks Group Complaints Resolution Team. From the 1st of May till today they can't help me. And if I took it back to Boardwalk Clicks they will test it see that it is not working and will refuse to refund me. The till slip on the back say refund policy on defective products: should any product that you purchased at a Clicks store contain any manufacturing defect, it may be returned to a Clicks store for replacement, repair or for a refund within 12 months from date of purchase provided you have the tax invoice.
