What a darling it was to be assisted by Andile G G @ Clicks Canal Walk. Andile was not even the initial pharmacists that was meant to help me. But because of lack of accountability & service from (Luthando), Andile took over like I was at a completely different store altogether. May you stay as amazing as you are Andile and may your bosses see through your impeccable service and follow ups. You're a great asset to your Team & the company. Keep up that amazing service.
Such disgusting service Luthando @Clicks Canal Walk Shopping centre. I felt you'll be such a nuisance by the manner in which you called those tickets. Your lack of ability to greet and prompt questions as though i should know you'd like my my ClicksCard before or after you've stared at me to figure it out for you. You charged me a difference of over R100 whereas the pharmacist (Andile GG... a darling) who eventually helped, payed attention and prompted to understand what I need and what needs to happen. Fetch yourself Ma'am we are all going through challenges & we all have bad days but it shouldn't reflect on your work cause it says alot about your character and you as an individual. Do better!!.
What an absolute pleasure I have to start. I'd never been to Asoka before, I've been thinking about it for the longest time. So, I decided to go, funny how I may have been writing this review from their establishment enjoying the soulful music and my mildly chilled glass of white wine. Nevertheless, having the pleasure of visiting this establishment what an honour to be assisted by Claudia. Empathetic & understandably amazing with her service. I felt really welcome by your brilliant service Claudia. Stay amazing. To Asoka... I loved every moment of my time there.
The most prompt assistance from staff at Total sports V & A Waterfront. I've been awaiting a sneaker since last week which I kept receiving reassurance regarding it's delivery. I visited the stored yesterday spoke to Babalwa once and same day she informed me of the delivery of my sneaker. I truly want to extend my gratitude to the staff from the from the first consultant Siphe, the manager Jacob and also Monde and definely the leading lady Babalwa. Keep up the exceptional service. However, in a family we unfortunately have a black sheep. "Shameema", "Shameena" However you may spell your name. Please seek urgent customer service training. Your service has been one of the most unpleasant to experience. I'm surprised the rest of the teams spirit hasn't rubbed off, it's sad really. Nevertheless, I am pleased with my purchase.
I ordered with them on the 5th of March 2021 and it's so unfortunate that "to date" I have been the one who has to constantly ask about the status of my order. It got to a point where one of the employees advised a refund, which I still haven't received although they already asked for my banking details but still nothing in my account from them. Today, I AGAIN had to make contact... this time around I was told that they would speak to their "Finance Team". Their customer service is appalingly disgusting. I just want my MONEY back!
