I have ordered from Pedro's using Mr D, an item was missing when I called the store the lady said to check with D foods. How are food items going missing according to the store the D drivers are *****ing items.
I have ordered an item on the 28/11, they said will be delivered on the 5/12. They do not respond to the Makro WhatsApp or take hours or days to respond. On the 10th I received a call there's no stock and the system was not updated. So for weeks Makro doesn't update their system knowing items are not in stock. On 10 December I ordered another item and no movement looks like all these are out of stock. There's no communication unless customers query. Days after the promised delivery date they will say no stock.
I have received a customized t shirt which i ordered but it is completely different compared to what was sent to me the logo size and color. They told me 5 days to make and deliver but it took 2 weeks. No one informed me about my delivery until I asked. Now I must wait for feedback regarding this item. Clarence Pillay doesn't keep me updated. I paid in full not like you people gave me a discount but for sales and payment people respond quickly now customers must wait.
I have purchased items but it did not give me the next day delivery option. I've sent an email to assist me in getting the items earlier and I would pay extra by this week as I urgently need them and cannot wait for the 12/05. The staff tell me they can only monitor and let me know cannot guarantee early delivery.
Since December I purchase online and put the Store as delivery address but the drivers do not check and my items always fail delivery yet I pay extra for it to be delivered by a specific date. They do not even contact customers to ask where the item must delivered to.
I've been sending emails and calling regarding my order but I do not receive any replies and when I call forever no one is available.
Sizwe essential copper increased over R1000 but you still have to pay co payment for certain procedures. To see a specialist you need a gp referral and authorization. I had numerous problems with this option previously they do not pay they incorrectly reject claims. The lady Queen is rude and did not want to email me the new brochure she told me to check online.
I booked on Lekkeslaap Boulevard 14. The condition of the place was terrible and we did not receive assistance. The place is not maintained from aircons to bathrooms. They told me if I check in between 3 and 4 I must go to just property at Rondevoux the lady told me to go to margate hotel for the keys and it was 3:30pm. The aircon and the fan was badly rusted. For the price people pay for terrible services. These premises should be checked before renting out to holiday makers.
I have purchased items online and the box was badly damaged and i sent the itembackwiththe courier. This was not the first time.
I have purchased online and 1 item ID missing. How does the staff pack do they not count and check? I have also emailed service@clicks.co.za
