I filed for my divorce pension on the 28 November and i was told that the money should be paid within 60 days, for the whole of January and i was told to follow up every week as the case is with legal department mind you its been with legal since December even yesterday it was still with them what made me more upset was that i need to follow up again in April, because they are having a backlog and they dont know how long it would take, from January I've been hearing the same. its sad that their client has received my pension fund from my side but on thier side they dont even know when I'll get mine, its only "maybes"
there's no fair price online so i had to use mahikeng as its one of the branches. I've been complaining since the couches came still no feedback, i believe the last option is to go to ombudsman because really this is a ****, i called the call center they told me they cant assist me who can assist if they are not responding to emails even complains im making on social media
i bought couches from them on the 2.12.2025,which took 2 weeks to arrive, when they arrived, i noticed that on the grey couch the 2 legs where short and couldn't ***** in to support the couch, and the blue sleeper couch had a scratch on the side, falls in and makes a funny noise when you sit on it, i immediately reported it to the driver and he said i must send an email which i did. but i never got a response. i then called the call centre and spoke to mohamed Ali who said they can't help me i must go back to where i bought the couch and online and look my complain, i went to the Facebook page where i saw the couches and reported my case, still no feedback, today I've been trying to fill the form on the online repair reports, it keeps on kicking me out, im really frustrated coz i bought this couches but im not even enjoying them coz of thier worst service
I traded my Hyundai I30 to a polo TSI in 2021 through autopedigree gezina. throughout the process I advised the sales agent that I don’t want a ballon payment , being in the insurance industry I have a lot of knowledge about car sales, so we agreed and he told me that there is no ballon payment because I’m trading in. so we agreed on the contract, I went and signed the contract and dropped off the I30 and took the TSI, so last year May 2024 I sent MFC an email to ask them to hold my debit orders because I was going in maternity , they responded with an email where they have increased the instalment to cover the money for the 4 months I was not paying which I did not have a problem with. But now on the knew contract the was a ballon payment which was never there on the 1st contract and every time , I asked them what’s happening they keep on saying client service will call me, but no one ever does. I’m left with 18 months and finishing my car. And I feel like I’m being ****med, and the interest is also crazy 14%, instalment increased which I don’t mind. But I was straight to say I don’t want balloon payment , it was not there on the 1st contract why on the amended contract and no one is answering me

I've had another horrible service from rain which again they went into my account and double debited me again. I sent them an email and a lady called me to say she has received my complaint and the 3 months bank statement, she'll send the statement to the accounts department and get back to me, 7 days later still no feedback. I've on this with rain for 3 months now it's, really getting out of hand,
Yoh I don't know if I should say I have been ****med or what by Rain, last month they tried debiting my account so they, say instead of the debit order coming out I get a message with a link to say they didn't get any payment, because I use it for work I immediately went in to the link and made payment. Then they disconnected my data and said they could not see any payments, I sent them proof of payment, for the whole month they have been confirming of seeing the proof I sent to them yet they would keep on disconnecting me and I had to call eveytime. Till one agent confirmed that, everything is in order. Then I was surprised month end they double debited me, I called them again to check what's happening they said its because I did not make any payment in July I confirmed I did and send again my proof of payment and the agent I spoke with said they will confirm, till today I have not received any confirmation email no refund, I'm now getting a message that I owe them R64 and I must pay to avoid disconnection, I tried calling them the machine keeps on repeating the options to choose instead of being put to the relevant department, I'm still waiting for my refund, there's no Communication nothing, worst service I've ever received I believe this is happening because I'm a woman. As I was writing this report I get more upset because an urgent pick up and left me hanging for 20 minutes without saying anything, please refund me and advise me further if you don't want me to use your services coz the last 2 months have been a nightmare
My sister got me a clicks voucher after giving birth to my daughter, knowing very well that I love shopping from clicks. I then decided to go to clicks wonder park on the 12. 8.2024 to use the voucher my sis gave me, when I got there the agent couldn't assist me and called the manager, the manager came, she was very rude with an undermining attitude. She said what I have it's a tax number and they can't assist and that I need to tell the person who bought me the voucher to call the call centre and ask for the voucher, I asked her if she can't do it now, she refused and said there's nothing she can do. I asked my sis to call the call center which she did the very same day, they told her they will send me the voucher within 2 days time, but even today I'm still waiting for the voucher which we paid for, and I can't use it. I have been using clicks for years for my toiletries, I'm so disappointed in your services and wouldn't recommend anyone to buy vouchers as a gift cards because wow one would be so disappointex

I just came back from capitec Menlyn main and when I got there I was on lunch,30 minutes left before I returned back from my lunch.while waiting on the que like another customer waiting to be assisted.one of the agents by the name of kholofelo skipped me and went to another client who's a just got in, I don't know if it was because he was a man and i'am a woman and, decided to assist him ,even though I came first.after she assisted the guy I called her to ask her if she was not supposed to go as per the que than skipping a client who came 1st.she did not even apologize for her behavior, she shouted and say "I'm going to call you now" with an attitude. I kept quite I waited for her to call me ,when I got to her desk ,she was very rude towards me and she assisted me with an attitude throughout the process. I must say I have been coming to capitec Menlyn for years and this the 1st time I've had such a horrible service.kholofelo doesn't know customer service from someone who works in the customer service industry I would say this lady is really in the wrong industry.
