I had the best time at Bounce Cornubia mall in Durban, we came here as a vacation with my family and Bounce was just on our to-do list, I booked online 7 days before and I did not get any hassle when we arrived at the venue,we had fun as a family of 4,it was amazing, we will definitely come back if we are ever in DURBAN again!
I am very disappointed with this company, I ordered for fibre to be installed as I moved offices,I paid R250 for activation of my package, they sent openserve technicians to install at the premises,the technicians came on Friday and said they are having trouble accessing the fibre boss outside,they will come back on Monday,did they come back,absolutely NOT! I had to communicate with them (webafrica) on WhatsApp since you can't even get their landlines on Google,the lady I spoke to on Wednesday ( Kuhle Qweleni) was wonderful,she reassured me and said to give them atleast 24-48 hours, now on Friday I spoke to a very rude agent called Siseko on WhatsApp and they told me to stick to Frogfoot since I am being impatient and getting frustrated, how can I not be frustrated when I ordered the fibre 15 days ago?You tell me to shove it and stick to your competitors?do you even know why I switched?because it's not your business you are suggesting competitors instead of resolving the issue?This guy need to be taught proper client management!
Please teach your consultants to treat customers well and have phone etiquette, we are customers not her friends, they must be professional at all times...and I would appreciate it if they stopped calling me because I have made payment arrangements online and already paid as agreed, it's harrassment
I have made a payment arrangements with one of their consultants to pay R5000 monthly and my debit day is on the 27th of every month, to my surprise that lady initiated 2 debit orders on my account, 1 for the 25th and 1 for the 27th, now they debited R10 000 from My account, how am I going to survive this month, please return my R5000,we did not agree on R10 000, I am in areas with my credit card for R92000, not even R10000, the amount of lies and greed that is going on here has made me regret why I agreed to pay them in the first place, I am angry, sad and trembled by this ************* company, I thought I was finally going to pay my dues now I am in trouble with other commitments as well...Return my R5000 if you want me to continue paying you, I hate it when I am being taken advantage of
