So, this is a follow up post to the one I posted yesterday about a company that came to my house, claiming to be tv professionals only to vanish with my money and left me with a dead TV. This is a syndicate company to the one that was reported claiming to be a professional TV Repair company using damaged second hand TV boards, claiming they are new, and then they vanish with your money and never take your calls afterwards. I have handed the matter to the legal pro to have these guys checked traced and I further call for the industry related board to investigate this company and shut it down. Firstly what they've put on their website is not who they are. PRO VISION TV REPAIRS is a **** and after doing a proper follow up on the company who is actually two black guys (not locals) claiming to be tv technicians and looked nowhere close to being professionals or know what they are doing. Stripped my original JVC board and put a funny looking board, left my TV without back covers and vanished with my R2200.00. These are guys who do this ******* for a living. What you see advertised on their website is not who they really are. They are two guys who drive around robbing households. Do not let these ********s into your house, you will regret. This company is just two black guys who calls themselves tech from possibly JHB in hilbrow. One guys name is Prosper. I have their description and pictures of their wracked unmarked car as well as the ID cards. Next step is the police station. The purpose of the post is to warn the public to be aware of this syndicate company who claim to be tv repairers. Share this to help track them and create awareness.
I had my TV fixed by these guys last month which has now gone worse again and im still waiting for them to come fix the mess. Total disaster!!!! Guys are completely unprofessional, they come with old used parts and damage your TV even worse using 'not original' parts. I had the whole board replaced with a second hand old part that i paid R2200.00 for. Have I gone to a professional company I would have had it fixed properly. My TV went from being a JVC to a Telefunken with poor quality display. The workmanship is extremely poor. I would never ever recommend them should you need a professional company to come fix your TV. These guys cannot fix TV's, take my word.
Paid my DSTV as usual, the new showmax app not playing, old app would play automatically!!!!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!
This new app is total Nonsense! Screen buffers while audio is playing on the background. Some programs aren't there anymore and we've paid for a service not rendered. This new app should have gone for testing before launching. I want my refund for this stupid inconvenience!
Just had my floors done by these Laminate Floor World people and only have regrets!!!! Left my bathroom tiles with cracks, broke my fiber cables, totally clumsy and unprofessional!!! They are not what they advertise and they send people to your home to mess up and not fix, saying their sale clause state they are not liable for whatever they break in your place and theft!!! Total Nonsense! Stay far away from these chancers and get professionals to do your floors. This is a legit review not posted by a staff member or friend!
Poor service, incompetence and inconvenience from Pick n Pay/Smart Shopper department!!!!! Bought a KIC fridge they had on promotion 1 April 2023 at their Greenstone branch. This promotion came with a 6 month 100% discount 30 eggs voucher supply for six months from date of purchase. Firstly, they had issues with loading this promo on my voucher, went back to their store when I was supposed to receive my tray. The Smart Shopper department was called in store and I was given 48 hours for them to load and sort out the problem. I drove to that branch 4 times to try fix this!!!! Eventually the store manager gave me my 1st tray and said he will deal with The Smart shopper team internally to rectify this! Last month I collected the second tray, no problems. This month after getting my SMS to collect my tray, the Benmore store could not give me the tray on a 100% voucher as it was only stating a 12% discount which I had to pay for the eggs showing on smart shopper app as 100% percent and rightfully owed to me!!! I am back to square one told to wait 48 hours while this is rectified. If running false promotions is how Pick n pay catch their customers, I might as well return the fridge and get my refund!!!!! As small as this might seem, it is ridiculous to falsely advertise just to get customers to commit and then make them drive back and forth to your store. My fuel has been way more than what the ****** free eggs deal cost.
Most pathetic service received from Webuycars.com Germiston!!!!! We purchased a car over a week ago and when we were supposed to collect it, we were told their salesman poured diesel instead of petrol and therefore we had to cancel and exchange the vehicle for another one (same make and model) Debit order has gone through on the cancelled car insurance and tracker already installed and registered on our name. Just when we thought the worst was over, we are going two weeks without a car that all paper work and finance is long completed!!!!! And now we have to wait as this other car now has a locknut issue and they first have to send it to their workshop on our bill???? A car we are yet to receive from them and already given a run around as we are supposed to still collect!!! Two occasions they postponed car collection while we booked off to do this!!!!! I have never seen such incompetence from a dealership that claims to be the best!!! I will never advice anyone to trust these people as the same car that we initially cancelled is on their floor for sale, while we know what happened!!! Till this day we are yet to receive our other purchased car from them, no accountability from management either!!!!

Just came across the most shocking service from MTN The Glen Centre by a guy who calls himself Bongani Baloyi who says he is the store manager there. What criteria does MTN use to put or employ a candidate as a manager? Todays experience was a pure reflexion of why reputable companies such as MTN will constantly have a clientele complaining about shocking service!!!! It is your incompetent staff that aren’t there to provide service but to act like hooligans. Check your managers attitude and I demand an apology for the incident that has myself and my fiancé as well as the customer who were in your store shocked!!!
