Terrible experience
Terrible service , messed up the fixing , overcharged me , was not able to deliver on time as promised … avoid at all cost

Terrible customer service
I did a top which the app said failed Then a second one which succeeded I was debited twice and when I called them they simply acknowledged the bug on their side and said « it is what it is » and refused the refund … just plain and direct *****ing …

Do not sign a yearly contract !!!!!!!
They are probably going under soon. Do not sign and pay in advance , they are closing multiple locations , will not refund you ( see all the comments on this forum plus mine ) and simply ignore you

Completely unsupportive business. I have been escalating issues to them for days and nothing. All they need is to look at their escalated requests, we have been without Internet for days although the issue could be resolved in 2 clicks by them Ref VAY-667-57597
