Poor service when it comes for billing how can you bill me twice in one month. On the 02/02/2026 i was billed 429 for the month and again on the 16/02/2026 i was billed R253 i don't understand why. Please can i have my refund back because as i remember this is not a contract is month to month. If i did not make payment for that month you disconnect me and when i make payment from the 2/02/2026 it was supposed to run from that date until the next date month end. then i will have to pay for that month again. But why you make me to pay twice in one month i need answer please.
I have a problem with my billing from Vumatel on the 02/02/2026 i pay 429 for the service and again they company to the amount of R253 on the 16/02/2026. I did contact the customer service and they refuse to refund my money. I dont know why i have to pay twice in one month. I dont trust this people im trying to cancel the internet with them. The is no contract only month to month contract but why the debit my money on the 16/02/2026.
Tymebank is playing mind games with me, i have been doing follow up for the almost 4 times and their respond is they still waiting for ABSA to provide them with answer. Everytime when i called them they tell me same story, please can you give me the straight answer so that i will just relax and let the law take it own cause because im tired for begging for my own money. The worst thing is they cant give the costumer reply you need to call them with your own airtime for 20 minutes.
Case number DFD-337623. Today on the 08/01/2026 at about 09h00 i was doing follow up on my case as i was promise that i receive the update on or before the 08/01/2026. This message i did received from Tymebank on the 31/12/2025 after i complaint to the Hellopeter platform. Today i did speak with one of the consultants by the name Mario and he was very rude towards me. He dont want to take what im telling him about the conversation that i did have with other consultant after i put the complaint on Hellopeter. I did call the bank few days and again they promise me that they will give me feedback until i call them again, please can your give me a proper respond as you did inform me that your waiting for the ABSA bank to confirm about the tranfer fund, now everything is change nothing they can do according to Mario. I alredy know their reply will say sorry for the inconvenience. Im done fighting with this bank and i dont think will ever use this bank and with all my family will closed our accounts and deal with the good banks. My last hope is the banking ombudsman
Since I send the police case number as requested by tymebank but until now there was no communication between the 2 parties. I'm really not happy there way they handle my ***** case. Guys my children are suffering because of this, just imagine if is one of your family members how are you going to react. I worked hard for my money to supply my family now I'm in black Christmas and it seems that you don't care about the customers.
I am very much disappointed by the so called Tymebank, i have more than five years with the bank but at the end they stole my money. I did put the ***** case after R3600 went off from my account without my authorization. Now the reply me and say they finalize with their investigation and is decline. How can my case been decline while i did not authorized the bank to take my money off from my account because even i did not get the OPT number to authorized. This issue was happen the same day when the money was out from my account. It happen at my account at Capitec and the bank has already refunded my money why TYMEBANK they think that they are smart and decided some other way. Please tymebank i just need my money back my children are suffering because of your bank negligent.
I want to share this message with the people of South Africa that are struggling with their debt. Please avoid this company is not good at all. the company did debit my money after i told them that i am no longer interested with their service. After i spoken with the consultant on the whatsapp that she must cancel everything she did refuse to cancel it and after 3 months they debit my account and now they refuse to reverse my money back. I did speak with one of their consultant on the phone and she refuse to gave me their email address. I have all the proof for the whatsapp conversation and the recording for the cancelation. even when i ask her that i am going to put a complain on the NCR she told me that there are not ander NCR and refuse to gave the name of the company that they are register on it. I just need my money back and also i dont have a contract with them no paper was handed to me to show that contract was done with them.
I would like to share my disappointment with B3 regarding the insurance that i have with them. My problem is they don't communicate with me regarding my debit order and no messages coming from the company. Now is the second month no debit from my account. I did try to communicate with someone from the B3 WhatsApp and the respond was someone will call you shortly, but nothing happens. I try again to follow up but nothing happens. Now I'm worried about my policy because i don't know what is going to happen with my policy. I want to share my issue with planet42 regarding my contract cancellation i was surprised when i got the settlement letter that i owe them R55.000 for cancellation that is ridiculous and i dont know how did they make calculation. The car was delivered in good condition and no damages. If you feel that is how you treat your customers for my site you will never get that money from me. I will challenge this with my everything until i get peace of mind. First off all the car is old 2009 model and because i did love the car the installment is too much for the car.
I am very disappointed with planet 42 on the 1st of April 2025 the debited the monthly instalment on my account. I was surprised to receive the message that says TEBOGO, your PLANET42 payment was reversed. Your account is overdue, and immediate payment is required.
