I whould like to take the time out to thank donald working at kuilsriver for his friendly customers service and problem solving skills i was debited twice and was waiting more than 2weeks for feedback after i called and submited details..he couldnt refunded me but made me meal for same price ...however both managers day shift an night is useless dayshift one dont know how to speak to her staff treat grown women like a child infront of customers and nighshift chantel did not have the decency to come speak to me herself when i requested to speak to her donald deserve to be supervisor as he has customer skills and problem solving ability
Staff memebers absolutely unfriendly i came there with my family while it was raining i ask is there a seat inside where by she sed no but u can go upstairs not telling me the prices is way more higher an its more like a date vibe ontop... when i asked about the prices all the waiters smiled making me feel very unwelcomed i left with my family felt like i walk of shame...when i told the waiter under why ddnt she say anyt about different prices she laughd will never return to that place pointles having good food with bad staff members we left an wil not return unplesant staff
I am utterly disgusted by the service of Nedbank Airport Mall's staff who by the way dont even wear name tags First of all i went to open an account for my son 2 weeks ago and was helped by some staff member named stavia hendrick. I was happy and left until during the course of the week my sons grandfather received a call from DSV the courier service saying that his card will be ready soon and that he will receive a sms. How does he get a call to his number but upon opening the account for my son it was linked to my app and number. How does a big bank like NEDBANK make mistake like that! I cannot even fathom that! When i went to collect the card i was helped by Shiyaam sandy Joseph . I could not even get the card because apparently his documents were not FICA'd. On top of that they were not able to make it clear to me how the numbers got mixed up. This is pathetic ecspecially for a BANK that deals with people personal information she told me the card is there but cant give it to me because of his documents that could not be fica this is after dsv send i sms to wrong number btw a person have to be early at banks take off days frm work to so such stuff an this is the type of back an forth service u get
