Msc travel insurance taken out with hollard which is compulsory. I think we should be give a choice to use other insurance company. I have a pending claim for my msc ticket. It's frustrating with the amount of time I spent contacting msc cruises and now with Hollard. I submitted my medical information. Anything further you have my permission to contact my treating doctors directly but I am not running up and down. You want 6 months history. Contact discovery directly but I'm not paying for a consult each time to send you information. Ridiculous
My daughter and I were unable to cruise on Friday 10th Jan 2025 because my general practitioner suspected DVT, I have been recently suffering with one swollen ankle. I have called several times for my no show refund which is about R2900 (Only Port & Services), and they keep promising to send me details yet I have not received anything. MSC is quick to charge for everything yet hold on to our money. I was told that i can claim from hollard. Lets see how it goes
I accidentally deposited R2000 into an incorrect account. The consultant told me that I should contact the beneficiary to reverse it and they not able to assist me, If the beneficiary does not want to return the funds. i need to lay a charge.
