Very bad stay away. Debt have been paid up for over year, struggled to get clearence letter. Received the letter now more than 2 months struggling to get status update. I also had to get my own paid up letter
I paid my installment of R535 screenshot the payment and yet they cancel your wifi. Then when you login to your rain account it shows clearly NO outstanding amount, also took screenshot of that. This is the worst service every. I do now understand why they are losing clients. Cause they take your money but don't give you service but yet irritates you to upgrade. For what more worse service???? They better refund my money
I bought a twin tub from Best Electric in Brakpan and it took two weeks to just get it picked up for service. Now a wèek and half later, you struggle to get a straight forward answer from them on what is happening. The manager Bongi keeps on telling stories but never comes back with answer. What is wrong with that type of management?? How long does it really take to pick up the phone and just keep your customer informed. I used to tell people to go buy there,but with this struggle almost a month. People stay away. Full of empty promises
