Delivery issue
I ordered from shein and my package was allocated your courier it was supposed to be delivered today .When the driver called me he told me that he’s waiting outside so I went outside and waited at the main gate .When I call him he tells me he left because he was waiting inside my work premises whereby he didn’t communicate that with me .I was at the gate for more than 10 minutes like I’m stupid .When I communicate with him that he must come back to the main gate because that’s where I am he told me that he left and won’t come back because I didn’t know my address . Your drivers do what they want just because they know they will get away with it .Dissaponted is an understatement. That package has important things that i needed by tomorrow .in really disappointed

Missing items
My delivery took days to be delivered and I found that the items inside are missing. Shein does not want to refund me for my missing items. I am deeply dissapointed. Will not be ordering again

Bad customer service
O stars. I have been waiting for more then a week for my parcel to be delivered. I need the parcel to be delivered by the end of the week. I will not be using this service ever again. When you email them they take their time to respond
