So today i took my car for service at Vw but there was an issue with my profile at MVIA and this women has been there for me trying to solve this issue. Managers please give this women her flowers while is still there because I was ready to post a very negetive information about you but this lady came through for your company. She tried by all means and I finally came down because of her committing herself for other people's carelessness my problem was solved and my car is being serviced as we speak. If by any chance you guys have a promotional post this lady deserves it. I can now finally sleep peacefully because of her help because I was out of options. I booked this bus on the 12 Of May from Dbn to Jhb for 9 oclock late I thought it was an excellent bus until I booked it. Ok this is what happened,,, I wanted to book the bus for the first time when I was about to pay they said they are not taking cards ok my partner said he will send cash send bcz the ATMs were not working for withdrawals. He did then I had R250 cash and the bus was R350 so the lady who worked for Nozulu said they can book a ticket for me then on the way to Jhb I will have to withdraw and pay the remaining R100. Right then when the bus was about to depart the guy who works as an assistant calls out my name loudly soo and said "Where is Cele N "? Then I said I'm here , then he said can u pls get out of the bus cs you are owing R100 the way I was soo embarrassed mind u he was just at the front next to the driver and I was at the back of a bus. If that's how you guys train your staff you will loose customers. It was my first and my last time. Pls teach your staff about professionalism..... I was soo lucky cs the lady that was sitting next to me said she will pay for me then she did then when we gt to Montrose I replaced her money. If it wasn't for this kind lady I was gonna be stranded that night cs of that guy who works there as an assistant who bullies people
