I Am so upset with TOY KINGDOM firstly buy Christmas presents that is wrong and not working, then you go and refund the stuff where THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY IMMEDIATLY they refund you but you have to wait 6 days for your money to be refunded how is that working so they don't give a **** in taking away kids smiles on Christmas day with presents that is a joke but they also don't give a flying saucer in refunding your money immediately like the way they take it...…. This is ridiculous
3 TIMES IN ONE WEEK THEY ARE ALLOCATING PARCEL TO WRONG DRIVERS EVERYDAY THE PARCEL GETS PICKED BY THE DRIVER JUST TO COME BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE AS WRONGLY ALLOCATED - THEN YOU CALL THE CALL CENTRE WAIT ON THE PHONE FOR 15MIN FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER THEN ALL YOU GET FROM THEM IS I WILL ESCELATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND NOTHING GETS DONE WITH THIS ESCELATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM SICK AND TIRED BUFFALO WAS THE BEST BUT NOW THEY ARE USELESS SEROUSLY
Once Again Rain - and entire weekend after paying in FULL no INTERNET - no support calls answered no feedback i am done i am demanding a full refund on this month and then they must take they stupid router back i am tired of this - before getting rain i think everyone must first read their reviews on hello peter and on facebook
Sick and tired of rain cant get hold of them and when we do nobody assists us - been waiting a month for support to give us a call and when you call and do a call back no one ever answers
