Boston online textbooks make studying frustrating, inaccessible, and unfair. Students being forced to use online textbooks!
We’ve been trying to cancel a business contract that is no longer in use, but Cell C is making it nearly impossible. They refuse to assist unless the so-called “authorised person” cancels it — but here’s the problem: that person is unknown, no longer with the company, and there is no available record of who it is. Despite multiple emails, formal letters, and even submitting company registration documents proving that the current director — a legal representative — is handling the matter, Cell C keeps giving the same robotic response: “We need the authorised person.” They completely ignore legal documentation and authority, which is unacceptable. I even visited the Woodmead branch personally and was told to “send an email.” No one there could offer any practical help. The email route has proven completely useless — responses are either delayed, unhelpful, or nonexistent. To make matters worse, we called again this morning and spoke to Thobakgale, who had zero interest in helping and eventually hung up. That is not just unprofessional — it’s outright disrespectful. Now the SIM card has no service, but we're still being billed for a contract we’ve been trying to cancel for months. Cell C, your customer service is pathetic, your processes are outdated, and your treatment of business clients is a complete disgrace. We demand immediate action — stop billing us for a cancelled service, process the termination with the legally authorised director, and get your act together.
We've been trying to cancel a contract that is no longer in use, but Cell C refuses to assist unless the "authorised person" handles it. The issue? We have no idea who this person is — most of the previous staff have left the company, and there's no record available. I visited the Woodmead branch in person, hoping for help, but all they did was tell me to send an email. We’ve done that — multiple times — and received either no response or the same unhelpful reply: “We need the authorised person.” We even sent a formal letter and company registration documents proving that the person signing is a current director — a legal representative of the company. Cell C outright ignored this and still refuses to process the cancellation. To make matters worse, they just stop responding to emails entirely. This morning I called again. Thobakgale answered, offered zero solutions, and then hung up on me. Completely unacceptable behaviour! Cell C, your customer service is non-existent, your systems are outdated, and your attitude toward business clients is disgraceful.
