My experience with Mercedes-Benz Kimberley was nothing short of shocking. I booked my vehicle in for a service, and from start to finish the process felt completely unstructured and unprofessional. There was no communication the entire day. Not one update. I had to call in myself to ask what was happening with my own car. When I phoned again an hour later, the dealership was already closed — no message, no courtesy, no explanation. I was simply left without answers and without my vehicle. The next morning, again, I had to chase them for information. I finally got my car back at 11h00, and still not a single apology or explanation. Just silence. For a brand that prides itself on luxury and excellence, this was embarrassingly far from Mercedes standards. The booking process is disorganised, the communication is nonexistent, and the customer experience is honestly chaotic. No surprise Kimberley customers choose to drive all the way to Bloemfontein — at least there, service still means something. Kimberley needs to get its house in order. This was unacceptable.
had a terrible experience. The driver delivering the car asked me for petrol money to get home — completely unacceptable. The car arrived with a flat tyre, and the spare was not roadworthy. On top of that, the vehicle had multiple mechanical issues. It was not safe to drive. I’ve had to chase for updates, and still no proper feedback. Extremely disappointed. Avoid this company at all costs.
I bought couches on the 13 May that should have been delivered on the 27th May online I can't track delivery because it saying complete called customer service I was helped by unsympathetic consultants. I had to call back 3times as my call got dropped. Received an today email that my order was canceled due to the supplier not being able to make demand will receive a refund that will probably also take a life time. I am very disappointed in the level of services and the empathy.
