I made a booking for 6 people via eDreams and I realised there was a name error on one of the passenger's name I then reached out to eDreams to help me correct the error they directed me to Fastjet airlines as they claimed they could not correct the error, I then reached out to fastjet and asked if it was possible to correct a name error they said they do correct up to 3 letters in my case I only needed to correct only 1 letter but still am not getting any help from them I being taken from pillar to post.
I am so disappointed with the service I received from DSV Road I waited for about a week and a few days to receive a call from them to arrange for my cell phone delivery, Only today when they called I was told they will need me to produce my ID when they deliver I told the lady that I recently lost my ID but I do have my license with me she said I will have to go and apply for a new ID which will take another 2 weeks after I have waited for so long. She then told me that she will have to cancel the delivery.
I ordered a cellphone online on the 21st May 2024 up to date I have not received my order I called the DSV to check on my order since it was said that it will take 3-5 working days to get my order the lady that I spoke to told me that they have been trying to call me to arrange for delivery but they couldn't get hold of me I asked her on which number did they try to call me on she called out the wrong number I told her that is not my correct number she then said I should call MTN direct to change the number I have been trying to call but am not getting any help because I keep on being transferred from one consultant to another. I even tried getting that order canceled so that I buy from other service providers they told me I can't cancel because it's an open order I don't even know what that means.
