I had guests show up at our business asking for prices they saw on kwathabeng/safarinow. The prices were wildly different and guests were also already frustrated by the time they reached here since safarinow offered to take bookings, but nothing ever reached our side.
Absa ***** department is dragging their feet and don't give any updates. We got ****med out of R75 000 more than a month ago and did everything right according to what is asked. We didn't give any info on the phone calls, said we'd go into the branch, did go to the branch, made a police case, started the investigation, was fully co-operative throughout the investigation etc. What do we get everytime we call for an update? 'We'll get back to you.' Do they ever give feedback? No. Every phone call is just that they will escalate the matter, but nothing ever gets resolved. My accounts are falling behind and my credit is taking a hit.
I had no trouble with deliveries for years, until the last 3 months. First it was that the script wasn't loaded on their side, next month it was that the claim had trouble and now this month I have no news. Even with me phoning them the deliveries are a few days late. I asked for the deliveries to be done a week early so there is an overlap and I don't sit without medication and I was told they will do that. Nothing and now it is late again.
Horrible customer service. Don't expect any help. They will say they will phone you back or send an email and then nothing ever comes.
