Good day I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dirk Human for handling everything in a good manner. I had great communication with him from the beginning to the end. He was so professional, and he explained everything so well. We cooperated and provided all required documents; we never exchanged words with each other, and we allowed him to do his job until the last stage without interference. The one thing that I really appreciate about Dirk is his level of respect. He has so much respect that you could hear it just talking to him. I am so happy that it was him who was dealing with my case. I have so much respect for him. I am really impressed with the way Dirk handled everything, and I wish others could learn a lot from him as his customer service is so exceptional. Thank you, Dirk, for handling my case with care.

I had to cancel my contract with MetroFibre today, I have been asking for a debit order date change, I have sent in through few emails with no response, the only email that the business rep**** to was the one were I said cancel my contract. (I am sure finance department is worst department and it will be the downfall of metrofibre) Just a minor request and no one dare to respond but a quick response was provided for the email were I asked for cancellation. I guess you have enough customers Anyway, there are many providers out there
Why dont you have Free Range products here at Kosmosdal Checkers, we go to other other stores to buy free range eggs, free range chicken.... even on the Sixty60 APP there is no free range eggs nor free range chicken?
Today I received worst service ever, I usually buy my things using ASAP but yoh today was very bad, very bad. I was supposed to have receive my order at 4:30 and it arrived after 6pm, by 4pm the order was ready waiting for delivery, I tried to cancel my order and I was told that the driver already had my order and it cannot be cancelled which is so unfair, if the order is taking longer than the promised ASAP then we should be allowed to cancel it.... there was nothing ASAP about today's delivery. When I received my chicken wings, they were smelling so bad, very bad to a point that I couldn't even cook them, I was give rotten wings. I buy a lot via the APP and the service I got doesn't even deserve star.
The service that you are providing is very poor, I have been experiencing connectivity issues and I work 100% from home and really this network is not working out for me. I was busy with training and just got disconnected with no warning, tried to reboot/reset and it doe not work. Now I have to but data which is extra cost and thats not how I want work.... Things are already expensive out there, please dont add unnecessary cost.
Today I had 2 quotes done with OUTsurance: 1st it was a funeral policy which I accepted and I was happy with the service 2nd was the car insurance which Florence the Lady who assisted me with funeral cover said I must do it and if they cant beat they will give me 1500. I agreed to that and I had a lengthy session with another lady, she couldn't beat what I am currently paying and she said I will get an sms, but few minutes later I got a call saying I dont qualify because I received a payout 20 June 2020, and I asked the lady how long it takes to get a payout after they have paid and she said 2 years and I said its been 24 months since I got a payout so therefore I must qualify for a payout and she told me the system doesn't allow. if it takes 2 years and the last one I did was over 2 year ago (20 June 202 to 29 June 2022 its over 2 years already) then why am I not getting the 1500 payout? I was happy taking the funeral cover today with but at the same time got disappointed as now they don't want to payout.
If you are planning to do solar installation because of #Loadshedding, please don’t use @KhalangaElectr1(Khalanga group) Owner Gideon, this guy did the solar installation at my place and the inverter exploded 4 times, he first used Sunmagic inverter which stopped working twice, he then uses Growatt which exploded 4 times, I had to look for someone to come complete my installation since they were failing to get it right, also he still owes us money for fixing the exploded inverter. His customer service is very bad and he is very aggressive when communicating. Dont waste your money with this clowns, they dont know what they are doing.
