If I could give absolutely no stars, I would at this point. I have received the worst service from them it's unbelievable. I placed an order on the 30th of March 2025, due to item unavailability I received substitutes and was promised a refund for the price difference. I have been waiting for their response to date, instead they're giving me the run-around even giving me false information stating that on their system it appears I had used a different account to the one I mentioned on my complaint email, I sent them proof directly from my banking app, I haven't received a response til this minute. I have another purchase that I made on March the 2nd, I haven't received a refund of my reservation fee. Clearly all they ever think about is ****ming people. Horrible service, I am so disgusted.
I cancelled my policy 2 months ago and still haven't received my premiums back yet they continue to debit even after the cancellation!!!
I recently wrote a review about my matter being handled poorly and an amazing lady by the name of Coleen Aanhuizen stepped in and made it her personal responsibility to follow up on the matter and make sure that it is solved and all parties involved are satisfied. It is safe to say, I am more than impressed with the way Coleen handled the matter, she was very patient with me and validated my feelings at all times. She took it upon herself to ensure that I am at my happiest as this matter was being solved, she understood my situation and how this whole predicament left me feeling. I think if it was not for her then I would have lost all hope in this institution. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. She is an amazing person that is dedicated to her job, she kept clear communication with me and communicated at all times.
I submitted a complaint almost 2 weeks ago with the NFOSA and have been trying to get hold of them to confirm whether my matter has been received or not but my attempts are in vain. I called multiple times requesting that the agent that assisted me call me back or respond via email for confirmation of receipt and I was asked to leave my number and he would call back but nothing til this minute, I sent him an email on his address that he had provided me with but he has not responded. They are giving me absolutely no hope regarding the matter I have escalated to them when things are already starting on the wrong foot, they are proving to be unreliable.
This is the worst company I have ever made business with. They are horrible and unprofessional and they don't care at all. If I could give zero star I would do that. I am going to remove every business I have with them. I even doubt their legitimacy at times. I really hate myself for making business with these people. Thorough investigation really needs to be done about this company.
If I could give a 0 star rating, I definitely would. I have experienced the WORST service with this institution than I have with any other institution. I do not regret moving all my products to a different service provider, I can now have a good nights sleep knowing my private and confidential information is being handled professionally and kept safe and sound. They can bother other people with their '****a Shop' security system. They do not have the client's best interest at heart. I want absolutely nothing to do with them. Now and FOREVER!! HORRIBLE!!
