Bought a 1.2m led batten light. Worked well so I bought a 2.5m batten light as well. This failed at 5 months, was reluctantly replacedby the store I bought it from. Then the 1.2m failed, and subsequently the replaced 2.5 m failed again at 5 months. Contacts through their website, Facebook page or email are completely ignored. I would definitely not recommend buying their long batten lights as they don't even last a year in my experience. even in the low use environment of my garage.
1 star because you can't go less. If there is a more *********** commercial organisation I have yet to find it. Their Showmax division decided we wanted to terminate Dstv at the end of October, and our service was shut off then. Hours on the phone, and it was reinstated but didn't work.More telephone fun the next day and we were told it was sorted but the app wouldn't work. More time wasted eventually getting Dstv back up, but Showmax was impossible to reload. We got an emails saying thank you for your payment, the bank and App showed no payment had yet been debitted. That evening the service was again terminated. This time they can shove it I am not prepared to waste any more of my life dealing with this Ship of Fools! Useless chat bots, useless call centre, useless apps. I fully understand why this company is in so much trouble, and the mirror will show who to blame! It feels so good to stop banging my head against the wall!
Good range of product, but if it's not on special, it's bound to be significantly cheaper elsewhere. Identical items: spray paint R99 vs R69, cann of adhesive R170 vs R130, so shop around. Also, the people that put description on the website don't have a clue about the items they are are listing. Wrong and not enough info on so many items.
Bunch of turkeys send infringement notices to a post office nowhere near where they know I live. Contacting them is impossible because the phone number they publish is not answered, they show an obsolete fax number that does not exist, and NO email address. Now they want to implement this disaster nationwide!
Met with the estate agent and a representative from Weinprop on site of a northern suburbs residence. Discussed repairs to be made and who was responsible for maintaining what. Asked for a copy of the lease to see if we were happy. Received a fully executed copy of someone else's business lease. POPI Act? Eventually got the lease document for the property under consideration, and suddenly the rental is 12% higher than advertised, and all the maintenance items we were told were the landlords responsibility, were now ours and the duration was different in different places! Sent back the lease with corrections. Waited for feedback and was told idiotically that it was not urgent as we had until the 31st when the rental agreement was due to start from the 1st! Eventually we were told the lease was not accepted due to the changes. Changes necessitated by their negligence and ********* changes to the verbal agreement. Correspondence with the representative and the owner of the company elicited no joy. They had reneged on the advertised and accepted rental, now wanting a higher price. No one had the ***** to actually have a telephone discussion with us, hiding behind the office clerk and terse emails to the estate agent They subsequently engaged another agent marketing the property 33% higher for 3 days before dropping 5%. Clearly no idea what they want. . If you have to rent from this company, good luck, and read your lease extremely carefully. Strangely, the property was not rented by the beginning of the month.
