Purchased a lacoste sneaker for R2995.00 and wore it for less than 1 hour and it gave me a blister at the back of my right foot. Complained to customer service and went to the store and they said there is nothing they can do. No exchange and no refund. Pathetic service from Spitz Pavilion Durban.
I took car track in December 2022. I bought a new car battery in March 2024 and the battery keeps dying. I took it back for testing and was given a new one but after a few days it dies. I got an auto electrician to check and was advised no issues I need to contact my tracker company and advised the tracking unit needs to be checked. But it keeps dying. I then got Willards to do a diagnostic on the car and they advised everything is fine I must contact tracker. I contacted tracker and advised the consultant my problem and was told I need to pay a fee for a tracking unit now I need to understand how is this my issue and to date nobody has called me. If car track looks at my profile and history they will see the number of times my car has power off in the last 6 months but nobody has assisted me. Pathetic service and money making ****.
Bought a battery in March 2024 with a 25 month warranty and every 3 days the battery dies. Complained in infinity more than 5 times. They took my contact details and said they would call me to do this day I am still waiting for a call. Requested a refund as this is a convenience to me and I need to purchase a battery from a more reliable place. They said they do not give refunds but it is not stated anywhere. Got an auto electrician to check the car because this is now frustrating and was advised everything is perfect but the battery is a problem. Went back to infinity and was told they need to send it to head office to check what's the problem. Mind you I work mon to Saturday so I don't have time to go up and down. Pathetic service and workmanship from infinity Brighton road. Would never recommend them to anyone.
