Bad service
Normally I get good service, this time they really messed up with meter upgrades. Impossible to get hold of them. Hours wasted on phone calls and e-mails with no assistance.

Bad service
I have paid the fee months ago and am still having delayed responses and no joy with clearing my credit score. I have 0 debt and they are just drawing their feet. I want to build a house and get a new cell contract but cannot get a loan or cell contract due to bad debt many years ago.

Cheap foam rubber mattress
My bed is 1 year old. The mattress is messing up my back and I can only sleep on 1/2 of the single bed as the massager pokes into my spine. For R42 000 I atleast expect a proper mattress for my back problem which I bought it for, not a cheape foam rubber mattress. Which has not even lasted for a year.
