I have been emailing them waiting for a response about the statement I've requested and the month they said I didn't pay but I did pay and I sent them proof of payment. However, they have not bothered to respond. Their customer service is disappointing.
1 star is far too much this medical policy should get zero stars. Their Chronic Programme is the absolute pits. I am still waiting for my daughter's medication and then they had the nerve to tell me they won't be paying for my daughter's pathology tests. But it's one of the requirements on their Chronic medication Programme form that bloods are taken when filling out the form and they cover them. Today I'm greeted by a lovely email saying they rejecting the claim. I bet public health is far better than this ****.
I have a work deadline for 19 October 2024. I have been out of connectivity since 14 October 2024. I am losing money by the day and my bosses are on my neck. All this is happening because you're failing to send a technician to solve my problem. If I lose my job because of your lack of urgency heads are going to roll.
